Biography
Herbie has always followed a passion for construction and property, first as an estate agent, a developer and then as a builder.
His first property purchase and renovation was completed when he was just 19 years old, leading to work with property developers that included the construction of over 100 homes.
Herbie is a resident living in Kentish Town and has worked in Camden and Islington for over two decades.
Herbie’s practical and life-long commitment to property means he can identify the challenges and opportunities before anyone else. He prides himself on an ability to see through the lens of both owner and investor, and make a balanced judgment every time.
