Biography
Steven is an experienced entrepreneur and property professional with over 20 years of experience in London's residential and commercial markets, and is the founder and former CEO of London Residential estate agents, acquired by Chestertons in 2022.
Steve founded RUE to meet a burgeoning need in the market for higher levels of craftsmanship and better client relationships in the homeowner building sector. After managing over 500 properties at London Residential, and building his own property portfolio, Steve’s experiences have informed his approach for RUE.
His aim is to create a property business that ensures you can ‘Relax, Unwind & Enjoy’ your life whilst professionals take on the work of renovation, maintenance and management.
